- Widest operational temperature range on the market: from -40°C to +55°C
Ensures imotion® systems are safe even at the extreme temperatures and temperature fluctuations (surface of the imotion exposed to direct sunlight can reach as much as +70°C to +80°C). One of the most severe problems of outdoor LCD display systems is heat generated by LCD panel and electronics in combination with heat caused by solar energy. imotion® intelligent closed split HVAC system is powerful and is not in-taking outside air, securing system stability also in extreme heat, as well as when environment experiences large temperature fluctuations. Heat problems will rise further with size of LCD panels, double sided display systems and with the sheer volume of the elements exposed to solar radiation. We can achieve stated, because of high level of isolation of inner compartnment from the outside environment, powerful custom made cooling system and intelligence of system.
- Highest operating humidity level on the market: 100% air humidity
imotion® systems are completely enclosed and immune to humidity. Even if the humid air enters the enclosure while doing maintenance, the AC device will immediately dry the air and remove the danger condensed water. This is achieved with integration of air tight enclosure and split system HVAC.
- Lowest fluctuation of inner system temperature
Capabilities of intelligent closed split HVAC system deliver minimum inner enclosure temperature fluctuation. This enables electronic elements to function optimally and not experience stretching and contraction shocks ultimately influencing on mean time between failures and life time of system. Outdoor display system products should be secure as possible as potential damages arising from critical failures can be severe, and it is of utmost interest to limit possibility of such events happening.
- No air vents
This trait is unique to imotion technology as our whole system is hermetically enclosed. In outdoor environment Air Vents mean opening from which outside air, with all it carries, enters into the system (particles, moisture) as well as potential place vandals could interfere with. Air entering the system is filled with dust particles and moisture (amount depends of micro location), clogging the filters or even worse entering deeper into the system endangering components. Warm climate locations with fine sand are extremely tough and can cause "opened" system failures quickly, causing overheating of outdoor LCD display systems, or demanding excessive maintenance activities. Vandals can access the system trough this important part and clog the air vent, push sharp objects into it damaging ventilators (if able to reach) or throw in particles such as flour. Any system, be it air-conditioning or ventilating, which is based on in-taking air from the outdoor cannot sustain as constant inner temperature environment as imotion as we are evading mentioned dangers as eliminating the need for air ventilators.
- UPS (uninterrupted power supply) add-on option
This add-on option is perfect for micro locations suffering from power grid inconstancies such as voltage swings, brown-outs and lighting strikes. Of course none of these is welcome with electronics. In essence it provides "graceful shutdown" of the system, to be ready for activation after power comes back. UPS can be set up to enable functioning of integrated computer, rooter and panel controller for approximately one hour after power shortage, having system on stand-by mode.

- Free software ControlMotion Basic developed for total 24/7 remote control and surveillance of inner system
Our advanced electronics are capable of delivering number of relevant information which is gathered via ContolMotion Basic, delivering extra security in managing the system. With ContolMotion Basic you have 24/7 instant control over imotion allowing user to remotely adjust the parameters of the LCD monitor and sound subsystem (brightness and contrast of the display, sound volume, as well as turn the display and sound completely off). Software enables immediate alarms in the maintenance controlling center and therefore makes it possible for the maintenance team to react instantly, being capable of fast response in case of emergency. Maintenance team has a complete control over every single device within the imotion system and it receives all relevant information about internal temperature, humidity, power consumption and other. ContolMotion Basic runs as a server program on the imotion embedded computer. It enables remote monitoring and administration of the imotion display.
